RHS Greenfingers Best In Britain 2002
In 2001 we were approached by St Brides Church in Wales primary school to create a sensory garden on their grounds. Our design proposal was submitted to Alan Titchmarch's "Gardens for Schools".

Mr Titchmarch awarded St Brides with a grant and with extra monies raised from recycling and environmental activities that the school participated in, works on the sensory garden commenced.
The design of the garden was based on a Celtic Knot.

During and after school hours children are encouraged to to take part in activities to raise their awareness of horticulture, wildlife and the environment.

Shingle for sound and rubber matting for touch was used for the path.
